Hi @ll,

I've got a strange issue. When I play different sorts of videos from my server, sometimes I get massive stutter issues. These are very random. Sometimes they don't happen for days, and sometimes they come out of the blue. When I restart my server, most of the times the problem is gone (but it can still reappear)

Logs are attached. :D

I forgot to mention, the first stutter happened after about 5.30 minutes (few sec. stutter). Then it played fine. Next one was at about 4 minutes (20 seconds stutter). after that one, it took 6.30 minutes (25 seconds stutter), then the next one was 7 minutes later (25 seconds stutter).

I haven't checked your logs (because I am not a Dev), but have you made sure that all your other software is running in "silent mode". I used to have a problem where my antivirus software used to try to flash up notification bubbles from the task bar and this would cause lots of stutter (the same was the case for things like Windows Update notifications etc).

It might be worth making sure all theses type of notifications are suppressed (after all, you can't see them anyway!)

This doesn't work. I deinstalled my virus scanner, and windows update is set to update on monday. But it still happens!
It seems to happen more with blu-rays.

    More suggestions please? :D

    Hi CypherMK

Looks like it is happening with mkvs, which straight away rules out TsReader and leaves mostly codecs, plugins and hardware in suspicion. I would check IFC if I were you.

it happens mostly with blu-ray rips (m2ts or full blu ray) I already tried disabling IFC, but that didn't work either.

    Okay, so maybe not IFC.
Still, can you reproduce in debug mode (when all plugins are disabled) with the default skin? If so then I would say hardware, codec or splitter problem.

And today it also happened with an mkv.
