Just a though that a black background would also look amazing with his skin (please excuse the poorly photoshopped images)

The idea should be easy to convert to reality once the skin is out

Will the skin support 16:10 at all? I am using StreamedMP right now - my TV (Samsung Series 6 LED) is 16:9 but my client in my bedroom (Asus VK266H) is 16:10, StreamedMP only has a few has a few glitches in 16:10..

You can use it on any display you want, but 16:10 will skew text a bit, as the way MediaPortal scales isn't really good. Only chance is to try it when it's released for public testing.

well most thing do work in its currently state. But still, small things needs to be sorted out. Ie moving pictures/mptvseries is working 90% and so. They said it would be ready for MP 1.1 to christmas
