My weather page looks like this:

Infoservice plugin is enabled.

I did a re-install now working but I get the same issue thoughout the theme as above ( #maya etc etc ) what am I missing?

When using the install program and choosing to install infoservice plugin while it is already installed, will leave you with tow infoservice plugins in MP.

I can't use some of the great XBMC skins/functions in MediaPortal, but I have learned to live with it.

Know what you mean I began porting Alaska to MP, but unfortunately my health situation atm does not allow me continuing that...

I would love to see that porting madness to stop one day and more original skins developed exclusively for MP from scratch.

All those ports make MP look like a bad ripoff of XBMC.... which it clearly is not.

I think there are clearly enough talented skinners in our community. But it lacks in designers. Thats why there are so many ports.
And offcourse the unlimited desire for fanart.
Yes, Maya will offer some more fanart later but only when it enhances the experience.

And a big thanks for the MP developers for making it possible to have MP and Maya in the first place.

Is anyone having trouble with their remote? If I switch back to StreamedMP everything works fine.

Perhaps you could describe the problem (and tell us what remote you have) and we might be able to reproduce any problem you have?

I'd be happy to design a skin in photoshop sometime, if i had someone to code it. I found it was hard enough getting someone to code my changes/suggestions for the streamedmp nowplaying screen, and that's only 1x xml file =)
