The black bar is only hidden if you also use the latest XML-files for Home and BasicHome (available in SVN and attached with this post).

The MP3 logo is fixed in SVN 195.

Well done lad, everything is working now. May we also add the extra lines for logos support in TV.Skinsettings.xml that I posted earlier? I've already done that for myself, but I think it's something we maya users all can enjoy.

I'll try my best to test this skin further. Keep up the good work!

Hi,

first I like to say, great Skin and Thanks a lot It is really beautiful

Woulndn't it be useful to release a new Installer with all those fixes in it.
So if someone is testing it is shure that no already reported Bugs are reported again.
Just my suggestion.

To get the latest files you can always visit Downloads - mamp2 - Project Hosting on Google Code which is updated more frequently than the installer-exe.

Is it safe to just run the installer, or do I manually remove my previously installed Maya version first?

You can uninstall it with the uninstall.exe in the skin directory or in the windows system settings -> software...

I will add a check in the installer to uninstall the skin before install.

Hey,

thanks for the update. I need your help, though.

I tried to remove hidden buttons on the left side of the homescreen. But no matter what I do, editing basichome.xml or myhome.xml causes navigation through the home menu items to stop working. It is mainly the exit button that is a thorn in my side but actually neither of them is needed. So I'd like to get rid of them all .

Any advice, perhaps from the authors?

Why not just change the right <onleft> tags so the buttons become inaccessible by remote?

Yes, that was my first attempt to make them vanish. Then, I could not navigate through menu items by pressing up/down on my remote anymore . Could be related to the BasicHome plugin. Not sure, though.

Is the remotecontrol issue fixed with the latest Maya?
I installed the skin, and till now, it's fine.
