Unfortunately I can't get this skin to work for me. Starting with basic home cause always mp to crash when i try to move up or down in the menù. I'm on 1.0.2 - vista
    :(

    Maybe this:
This skin requires that you use MediaPortal 1.1.0 Beta [2009-08-30] or newer.

Yes,I can.. in attach the log (start mp -> switch basic home -> arrow down -> crash... but as I can see there is no error in it)...

In the meantime i see two other minor problems:

in the miniguide the long titles should be cutted:

in the recorded tv instead of channel name i see this:

    EDIT:
another one.. in tv guid the group name is not aligned:

...ad another.. in onlinevideos the source logo in the upper left ocrner is showed two times:

Thank you very much.. hope this helps

I have some comments to the tv osd:

What I really miss is the information about the "next program" on current channel. Besides that I personally like this, there is also a technical need to have 2 lines for displaying text:

    If there are tuning errors:
"current program" shows 1st line of text ("unable to start timeshift"),
"next program" shows 2nd line of text ("no signal found")

Maybe this is currently not the best solution to show the errors, but it integrates well into existing osd.

Do you think it's possible to nicely integrate "next program" into OSD?

I'd be happy to design a skin in photoshop sometime, if i had someone to code it. I found it was hard enough getting someone to code my changes/suggestions for the streamedmp nowplaying screen, and that's only 1x xml file =)

You can always join the Maya Design team if you want. I need someone who has the same design skills and vision about Maya as our team has.

also the crash in the basic home is related to 1.0.2 verson? beacuse actually i want to stay on 1.0.2 on my production htpc so i can make the little modification to solve the little issues.... I see that if i go up with the arrow i've no problem but if I change the direction I always get the crash... :(:D

I had some big problems with Music Playlist creation (adding items and saving) with Maya. Switched back to XFactor, and no problems. It was like the save was missing in the options list.

pilehave can answer this because he developed the plugin. We`ve not realy tested version 1.0.2.

I've tested Maya a bit on 1.02, and if you disable the Basic Home plugin, it kinda works. But I don't recommend using Maya on 1.02 really. It works so much better on 1.1 beta versions.
