On the regular home menu there is a graphic with 'home' (see the preview.png attachment.) I was wondering if you could make a graphic with 'Maya' (like the settings_preview.png attachment) in the fancy text to replace the 'home' graphic.

Here is a VERY crude mockup The text would be blue of course...

This is a great skin

Just a couple of things I noticed with the music section.

In music browsing screens it is squishing artist thumbs if they are not square. Given the look and feel of the skin I can see it is expecting square pics and looks better with them but I have many non-square pics which is making everything look a bit odd...

One of my main music views is album artist A-Z but y default I am just getting a "No Image - Folder Big" warning. I don't think it is possible in MP but would be amazing if the folder images could reflect the letters (so you got an A for all album artists begining with A etc)

Then there are some control issues on the now playing screen. It does not quite seem right when scrolling around the three buttons and various lists which appear. The cursor does not always behave as you would think. If you go to top album tracks for example you can scroll down until you get to the bottom of the list then own changes to the Tagged Tracks section. You can end up not getting to where you want to get to. It seems like right / left should change the option and up / down should change the selection ???

Anyway just minor things really but the rest is looking pretty good

Hello,

First off, great work. Beautiful, fast and yummie. I've encountered some problems though, will make it my best to describe them:

* When I try to disable the RSS feed in the Maya-plugin editor, it as no effect. If I disable RSS-feeds entirely in the info-service menu, the feed is successfully not showing. But in home basic view of Maya, the blackbar still is appearing at the bottom of the screen.

* If you change the aspect ratio and then directly after press the information-button on the remote, the texts overlap.

* When using MyLyrics, the lyrics isn't displayed against a background. Makes it very hard to read.

* When in details view of a movie in MovingPics, mediainfo icons disappear if you slide the details window to the left. This only happens to movies with SD resolution.

* Sometimes, rarely, the back button on the remote stops working. Then I have to use ESC on the keyboard.

You can update the plugin to a newer version to fix the RSS black bar:

wenn ich den rss feed abschalte bleibt immer der schwarze balken.ich habe das neue basichome plugin schon
installiert und auch das info plugin update,trozdem bleibt der schwarze balken ?

I can confirm this, the black bar still remains even with the updated plugin editor.

As for this, it's almost fixed. The MP3 logo is still disappearing.

hi,

i had the same problem with the black bar after upgrading the plugin. the following steps helped me to get it working:

- update maya basichome plugin
- open mp-configuration
- enable the rss-feeds in infoservice-plugin and maya-plugin
- save and close mp configuration
- open mp-configuration
- disable the rss-feeds only in the maya-plugin, leave it enabled in the infoservice plugin
- save and close mp configuration

after this steps the black bar is gone
