I just donated to mc2xml and received an updated version. I was able to pull the information from Microsoft (not legacy). However, my mappings are gone and the select boxes contain no information.

The files I have in the folder are mc2xml.exe, mc2xml.dat, and tvguide.xml

I do not understand the issue. Usually when I hit load/refresh the mappings match partial or I have options in each select box.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to redo your mappings manually. Since it now uses Rovi instead of Zap2it. The channel names have changed.

I tried to redo the mappings. There was nothing in the drop down boxes to select. The drop downs were empty.

could you zip and upload your tvguide.xml file. tvserver setuptv log files?

also this might be tied to MP1 v1.8, this message says, but I have not found the other message he is referring to

I was on MP 1.8. I was making my TV-Server changes while MP was running since I thought I could because I was able to launch the config. After finally shutting down MP I re-tried importing w/ only a few channels mapped because I had previously switched to MS legacy and didn't want to do them all for a test. It finally imported programs. I mapped the rest of the channels and tried to import again but received an error about 'Item with same key...' I read another thread about this error and someone said they fixed that by upgrading to 1.9. So, I upgraded to 1.12 and all seems to work well now. Sorry for not trying that sooner. I think I also failed by thinking I could change channel mappings in TV-Server settings while MP was running. Anyway, I'm a happy camper now. Sorry to bother you with this issue. Have a great day!

    Your tvguide.xml file looks fine.
Have you updated the mappings on the second tab? (Make sure to save! ...and then import after saving the mappings.)

Just like hootie318, there are no entries in the drop down list to map entries.

Are you sure you're loading the right file?
Log says you're loading one of 2 files:
    [2015-07-31 14:22:30,606] [Log ] [SetupTv ] [INFO ] - plugin:xmltv loading C:\mc2xml\tvguide.xml
    [2015-07-31 14:22:54,561] [Log ] [SetupTv ] [INFO ] - plugin:xmltv loading C:\mc2xml-old\tvguide.xml

There are no errors in the log...
