We wont comment on the features (or questions about it) since its still in its early stages.
We will announce MP-II when the time is ready...

Devs probably want 0.2.3 stable out before announcing MP II on the front page.

since the first releases will be :: alpha versions :: , they can not be considered to be rock-stable.
but the new architecture will be a great boost for stability.

I just wonder what happened to version '1'. Currently, we got version '0' and version 'II' is to be announced at some unannounced date. I don't care what it's called as long as they make good on the 'rockstable' promise.

As I see it, current MediaPortal is "I". Version numbering and title are little different things. For example you can have games like Peacemaker with version 2.05 and sequel could be Peacemaker II v1.00.
