Just a note that I managed to fix my ApplicationsLocations.xml installation error by downloading the file manually and placing it in my empty %temp% "MediaPortal Installation" directory.

The installation went without a hitch after that.

I have attached the ApplicationsLocations.xml file which fixed it for me, so that others may also do the same.

I went to install 1.01 on a Vista box, and it thinks it needs to download DirectX 9.0C ... Why?

Also, when I scroll down the EPG it just stops when I get to the bottom, rather than continuing from the top again like it used to.

That's how it is (now) intended to work

Why this? From what viewpoint this decision was made? Iam also annoyed by this behaviour resulting from one of the latest updates since the epg is the only part in mp where the gui behaves like this. It isn't consistent throug the overall mp ui and it makes absolutely no sense from my perspective.

Could we vote on this? ;-)
