look again. status says "resolved", so the changes/fixes are in test. its not closed.

I can see that it's "closed" now, does this mean that the change is in SVN?

Changes are in svn since quite a while.

I think it's strange if there wouldn't be a possibility to upgrade from a RC to the final when you're not using svn versions. An RC version is what is says: a candidate to be released. So if we're lucky the RC is the same as the final. OK, this will probably not be the case, but no major changes will occur between RC versions, only small bugfixes, so no DB changes, no config file changes, etc, so I really can't see a problem in updating.
Of course you can't upgrade from the early svn versions to the RC, because of the major changes in DB, config, ...
Could a dev explain why it wouldn't be possible to upgrade from the RC (that hasn't been released yet) to the final version?
