Surely i understand, and i don't mean to be rude cause i'm very grateful for all the hard work you guys put into MP, don't get me wrong.

But as i can recall, 1.1.0 final will be the last version of MP1?

It will be the last version with the entire team working on it.

After 1.1.0 the major part of the team will focus on MP2.
But there will still be some work done on MP1 until MP2 is fully ready to replace it.

    Thanks Guys!

Upgraded to RC3 a week or so a go and it was the easiest MP upgrade I've ever done. Everything just worked. :)

Seems to have resolved the worst of the memory leaks too.

    Thanks for all the effort!

    Cheers

    It doesn't support WinFast DTV2000 H??? Thanx.
Your post does not make a lot of sense.

But I had a look at that card.
Seems to be one of these crappy hybrit cards where the analog part is software encoding and shares the tuner with the dvb-t part (so you can only watch/record either analog or dvb-t).

dvb-t should work out of the box. The analog part I would not touch because it does not have a seperate tuner, nor an hardware mpeg2 encoding chip. (At least I can not find any info about such)

Hauppauge PVR Cards are know to work quite falwlessly.

Just pay attention that the specs say "hardware mpeg2 encoding". :)

SW encoding cards require special filters and they create a HUGE CPU load (2.4 GHz CPU minimum - cpu load ~80%).
