If you have ever looked at MP debug log files, you may have noticed that apparent errors are not rare, but these are "errors" that do not affect the functioning of the product. (It is not desirable to have these errors in the log file, as it misleads users, testers, and developers, but limited development resource means that these "errors" don't get fixed.)
What skin are you using? Also, what is the name of the missing xml file?
If you are using the "DefaultWideHD" skin or the "Titan" skin, try the other one as an experiment to see if that too has the missing xml file. Apart from those two skins (which are included with the base product), other skins are created and maintained by users who sometimes lose interest, and parts of the skin stop working (or don't make available new support in the base product). That having been said, the missing xml file may relate to some aspect of TvWishList that you never use, so that plugin may be perfectly usable for your needs.
