It's a GitHub issue. I've been running into it at least 10 times. Finally managed to clone the branch by using GitBash (but that took at least an hour)

I am sure @georgius or @mm1352000 can answer this in more detail.

Against IPTV filter in MP 1.4.0 it has more stable UDP and RTP protocols, new HTTP protocol and RTSP protocol, which is needed also for CableCard support.

Does this already include the rewritten splitter with support for RTMP and HLS/m3u streams you've been working on?
