Hi.
The TV- Setup Program is identical to the one you might know from MP1.
Only the Shortcut in Start Menu is missing (due to some needed modifications on the installer, no one had the time to do up to now).
You can find the SetupTV.exe in "c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service\" or, if you are using 32 Bit Windows in"c:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service\"

Is there anyway to make MP1 work with TVE3.5?

Not jet. The MP1 TV Client plugin needs to be modified. Once this is done, MP1 is able to connect to TVE 3.5 and also to TVE 3.0 running inside the MP2 server. But we're short on devs so no one is working on this at the moment.

You can not. This is the same as in MP1. The config program for TV is running on the Server. Later, when TVE 3.5 is ready, there is the possibility to run the setup tool on any PC in your network, but for now this is not possible.
