I do not know one version from another...
The first posting in this thread was updated to include the links for different versions.
I am using the first one NativeTV 3 Stable.

Now with that, and some help from @morpheus_xx we have been able to get the Schedules Direct plugin to work.
For a lot of people, this is a big step in making TV functional and easier to configure.

HI All,
just asking... would be impossible to have a native versione for tve3 that can work in an already existing mp1 multiseat evironment ( without the needing of mpextended) ?
I really don't undestand why the team choosen to provide a custom version of tve3 for MP2 instead of really native one.
Is it related to the mysql support ?

It's not impossible, but there's a finite amount of dev effort available and a solution for MP2 + MP1 multiseat already exists (use MPExtended).

The SD plugin is a 3rd party plugin. We don't have control over the code or release cycle. If people want such plugins then they need to download and install them themselves.

Setup TV has 6 plugins installed with it when MP is installed.
The only way I have been able to find to install SD is to Install MP1, and then install SD
Why? because the installer looks for MP1 directories...
Then I copy the 2 files into the MP2 Setup TV area....

Whatever..... Just thought that a plugin more than a few like to use might be a nice way to make MP2 a little more friendly.

Well there's your problem.
You can download the plugin from its home page:

MPEI files are just zip files. So, download, change the extension to zip, unzip, and copy the files into the required location. No need for MP1.

Yes... except that it isn't very friendly to just take over somebody else's code/plugin (ie. in this case, the SD plugin) without discussion/permission. Even with open source I'd consider that very rude. You can lose developers if you do things like that.

Can someone say when it will be possible to move tv groups in tve 3.5? I could not sort them.
