There were many changes between 10AE-U1 and this recent Weekly build. Some recommendations:

1. Please make sure that both Server and Clients run the same version to avoid conflicts.
2. Network credential storage has been changed between those versions. After update you have to re-enter your username-/password in the MP2-Client settings.

If this doesn't solve the problems, please attach full client and server log files
