I'd suggest use lav for audio mixing so id leave force mixing unchecked in mpar.

in lav enable either "clipping protection" or "normalize matrix", not both. I prefer normalize matrix, but i think either are fine. the tool tip explains the difference. With both disabled, you will get clipping in the loud part of some 7.1 audio scenes
