Mediaportal crash if I select a scrambled TV-channel which I don't have access to. (1 Viewer)

I found a way to solve this now I think but before I submit my changes I would like to hear if nobody here is able to reproduce this? Here are the steps to follow:
1. Turn TV On
2. Goto TV-Guide
3. Select scrambled channel
4. Yes/No messagebox is not in front and focus is instead on TV-Guide

Hello the problem is now fixed, thanks to gibman who solved this:
0001165: Channel -> Scrambled & Back begains at the start of the TS buffer - MediaPortal Bugtracker

which in turn solved my problem because now if channel is scrambled you return to tvguide and then parentID of the modalpopup is right. Thanks gibman!
