I have experienced somes crashes with Mediaportal while scrolling through the EPG since some time now (some weeks). I could narrow down the problem to the point that this only happens if I use the skin Black Glass. The crashes always happens at the same point.

There are no crashes if I use the default Blue3Wide skin. I am always using the latest SVN (Black Glass and Mediaportal).

This is what Windows 7 reports:

Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: MediaPortal.exe, Version: 1.1.6.27148, Zeitstempel: 0x4d1f9b23
Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: KERNELBASE.dll, Version: 6.1.7600.20778, Zeitstempel: 0x4c64c9f1

ID des fehlerhaften Prozesses: 0x%9
Startzeit der fehlerhaften Anwendung: 0x%10
Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: %11
Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: %12
Berichtskennung: %13

I will provide further logs.

We need the Mediaportal logs, not the Windows logs.

    Thanks

    Thanks

AW: Mediaportal crashes with Black Glass Skin in EPG View

    It is still crashing.

Mediaportal also reports some error messages like this:

D3D device does support 16384x16384 textures

....skin\black glass\media\basichome_side.png is too large to be cached. Texture 1280x720 - limit 2048x2048

....\MediaPortal\Skin\Black Glass\tvOSD.xml' is missing control id 10 (window property: imgTvChannelLogo)

It would be cool if all the graphics in Mediaportal could be cached by the GPU (my Radeon 5570 has plenty of RAM, 1 GB).

Apart from those warnings, the skins are working well without crashes on my 4 systems.
Sorry i cannot help. Sorry! Any advice is welcome!
