Hi and welcome aivar242! 
First, MediaPortal currently only supports DiSEqC 1.0 - that's four port switches - and motor control.
Second, DiSEqC is only supported *on some tuners* as we have to get information from the tuner manufacturers to provide support for it. Only some manufacturers are willing to provide that information.
Can you tell me what brand of tuner you're trying to use?

I have a DVB card TeVii S464 with a remote control. Programs such as ProgDVB or similar, no problems with Diseqc 1.1 protocol.
Problems only with suites, such as: MCE, Boxee, CyberLink PowerCinema 6 - there is no support for Diseqc 1.1 with BDA drivers. And my card, only BDA is.

We could support DiSEqC 1.1 (16 port switches) with your tuner since TeVii have given us the required information, however MediaPortal doesn't yet support DiSEqC 1.1 with any tuners.

Due to ongoing issues with my TBS5520SE USB tuner, I've invested in a Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-S2 tuner. I have a multi-LNB setup...
Fixed, I think.
Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this.

I was just tinkering with a few settings in the MediaPortal configuration and am happy to have found the cause of the problem.
Disabling the option "Single seat setup: force RTSP usage" under "TV/Radio", "Advanced Options" resolved the issue.
After I disabled this option, I was able to delete the recordings the first time...
