How and where do you see these logos? I'm running this SVN on two boxes and I don't see them in any of the skins?

Play full-screen video, hit 'Y' to get the information OSD on screen - they appear in the bottom-left info box. Which logos appear depend on the video/audio stream compression codecs used.

This is a standard 'disaster123' install - https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/plugins-47/new-mp-1-0-features-fixes-network-share-monitoring-new-schedule-option-48181/ - with no other addons/plugins. I posted the comments first in the above thread, but 'disaster123' responded that they were issues with the normal SVN build.

According to the latest svn, the flickering problem in Mediaportal seems to be solved. So please update the SVN on sourceforge so we can test it. :) :)

    Hi chaps,

I just upgraded from 1.0 and I'm having some trouble. When I enter the TV client I cannot see any channels or programs, the guide just shows a list of 'No Channels' and 'No Details'. Looking at the logs, I can see that it identifies 32 channels, but then there is an error:

I've attached the full Mediaportal.log file, can anyone help?

Known bug: 0001970: ignore "hide group all channels" setting if no groups were created - MediaPortal Bugtracker

In the mean time please remove the check "hide all channels group" from Configuration->Television.

It works! Thanks for your help chemelli. I must have left the 'All Channels' group intact in 1.0, but this time I removed it.

I've tried this build for over an week now and I like it very much (especially the new teletext!). Had no errors so far and it seems more stable than 1.0 - I know this sounds a bit weird ;).

So thank you for your continuing development for my favourite Htpc-Software!

I was unable to get 50 Hz interlaced PAL video with the new(?) MPC MPEG2 codec. I tried to play with all relevant parameters, but in vain. After uninstalling SVN version and reinstalling MP1.0 quality of interlaced video MPV codec is very good.

Did you mean "new(?) _MPV_ MPEG2 codec" ?
