if not helping install Haali.

Sorry not to have responded earlier - been away/busy. Simply installing Haali solved the problem. All videos now playing properly. Many thanks for the advice:D

Will there be another SVN out when the NAL is implemented in tsreader? Really looking forward to this :) Not to nag, but could you estimate how far this work has come?

Problem with Webstream Radio

I'm posting this in here because this is the SVN I'm using, but I can't tell if it's a new problem as I haven't tried to set this up on earlier versions. I couldn't see any other references after searching.

Internet radio doesn't work when set up on the built-in Webstream card (or at least the two stations I've tried). In both cases I get a failure to open message. Just to be completely sure I have copied/pasted the URLs from the log files into 2 different browsers and they worked perfectly.

Logs attached.

Is there another configuration step that needs to be followed before valid URLs will resolve in MP?

The Shoutcast plugin is broken and BTW this has nothing to do with webstreams via the built-in webstream card.
wjw: here it works perfect, I have about 120 radio stations mapped to the webstream card and all play fine.

I still have massive problems with mediainfo. I've a PowerLAN :-( nothing else was possible with a constant rate of 3-4MB/s (24-32Mbit/s). Not much but...

MediaInfo takes about 20 seconds to analyze a recorded .ts File. Why does mediainfo need about 80 Megabytes to analyze the movie? Aren't these information in the header?

Something that you need to ask from the MediaInfo's author :) But in general TS files don't have any sort of headers. It is just RAW 188 byte packet stream stored in the file, so applications are needing to read a bit into the file content (80MB sounds like a bug).

Thanks for your reply - didn't know anything about ts files :) At the moment i've modified the code so that mediainfo is skipped for .ts Files.

I'll ask in the mediainfo forum - perhaps someone can answer me.
