I think that you may be causing more trouble for end-users than neccesary with these lines:

Note: On Microsoft's download page, Windows 7 is not listed for this package. Nevertheless it is required and working fine for Windows 7, too.

Offcourse I jumped right to the download of the file and never read that I should install a x86 package on my x64 system. Maybe a bigger warning/info for x64 + Windows 7 users?

Hi,
i tried the x-mas SVN and have trouble with it on FullHD and HDready TV. FullHD channels start very well and fast but after some seconds are freezed (Anixe HD, Servus TV HD). HDready channels are starting in slow-motion and remain staying in slow motion all time. Video is running much too slow.

Seems that the installation hasn't been a success as the TsReader version is not a correct one.

Quick question: I have a testmachine to install client, but only one server (for family, running only multiseat here ...) - is the new server compatible to older SVNs, so can I upgrade the tvserver and leave "family-htpcs" on older SVN and test with my testmachine on latest SVN?

Is this wanted, that the TV Logos does not change with channel switching (F7,F8)?
The channel names appear, but the logo stands still.

Channel logo changes when channel changes here ( i see that channel info changes on F7/F8 click), doesn't it change at all?

whith this svn i am not abel to change chanel whitout stopping the live tv first.

did do clean install and stil dont get it to work .

the same for my server and my clients .

I have the previous SVN running fine on my HTPC, while I upgraded my server and another client to this SVN. No problems discovered so far with this constellation.

Now...it may cause a number of unknown and hidden problems, so don't report bugs in here with mixed SVN versions!

Forget about my first posting in here :sorry: i have installed the version from 30.11.09 ^^ was too late yesterday :sorry:

Live TV is running out of the box for me! Switching between HD and SD is no problem! Qualitiy is very, very good.

But i found one problem:

If i want to play a HD recording it does take a long long time until the video starts! I guess some minutes! And video and audio are minutes out of sync
