don't know where to post this somebody of the devs missed to copy / merge stdafx.h file of tsreader nalu to "old" directshow/tsreader. So compiling new tsreader does not work. Just for information

Upgraded to this svn snapshot last night. Mostly working well

A few minor issues (not showstoppers):
* When changing channels, the previous logo is displayed in the info box (not the logo that it is changing to). I think this was an issue in the previous svn release as well.

* The only TV and DVD codecs that work for me (that I have figured out so far) are the MS DTV Video codec for MPEG2 and H.264, and MPC MPA Audio codec. If I use the MS DTV Audio codec, I won't get sound. I think the codec stuff is still being worked on, so not a major problem for me.

* I get the Windows taskbar showing (across bottom of screen), even though I have set the taskbar to be hidden when in full screen via rhe MP configuration utility. This also happened in the previous svn. If I restart MP it disappears, but when I change the volume (possibly other remote button presses as well, but I noticed it as soon as I changed the volume this time), the taskbar reappears and stays. To get around this, I have set the taskbar to autohide through Windows.

Apart from those minor issues, I have a reasonably stable system that is working well. Thanks again to the devs - excellent work!

I have the same problem as above with live tv not switching channels. I have a hauppauge nova hd2 tv card.
Any ideas why the channel is not switching and displaying the last frame from the previous channel?

Is this wanted, that the TV Logos does not change with channel switching (F7,F8)?
The channel names appear, but the logo stands still.

Channel logo changes when channel changes here ( i see that channel info changes on F7/F8 click), doesn't it change at all?

On 1.02 with SQL channel name and logo change while zapping F7/8.
On Beta with mySQL only channel name changes, but logo stands still while switching through channels.

THis build seems to be really stable and fast to me in single seat, expecially live tv. I have problems with multiseat clients. With this build changing channel is really slow (can take up to 8 seconds) and sometimes it crashes mediaportal. Logs attached, last channel change lead to a crash. I did not touch anything about rtsp so it should be enabled at least in multiseat mode.

MediaPortal Config -> TV Client -> use host name not IP adress
MediaPortal TV Server Config -> TV Servers use IP adress

If i want to play a HD recording it does take a long long time until the video starts! I guess some minutes! And video and audio are minutes out of sync

Seems to be a bug in the H-264 I-frame detection:

Do you have some sound card sytem tray icons that could be causing the task bar to popup?

Hi!

Previus version seems to be more stable here.
Im having problems running multiseat with ch-changes, stoping TV, "timeshift stepping" and sometimes client that hangs (windows error message).

I tried with a clean installation but its the same...
