A big one and two small ones.

Small ones
1) The initial install of 1.1 Beta (and subsequent SVNs) made changes to the Windows 7 firewall config to allow MYSQL and other mediaportal stuff. However it added it to the "public" profile only and not to the "private" one. Therefore my client PCs on my local subnet were not able to connect to the TVserver. Easy to fix though.

2) When trying to update the video database from selected shares (only one) in MP Config it crashes with a memory exception when it reaches about the 600th media file (yes I know - a lot in a single share - but they are in seperate folders!). No errors in the logs. Memory footprint of the process grows constantly until it pops.

Big one (probably of my making)
Switching channels using F7/F8 doesn't work on my config. The client PC appears to just keep dropping frames once the channel is changed. Client and server are W7. Client logs attached for this. Problem starts about 30 secs before the end of the logs.

All is fine with this SVN except the restart of MP after Resume!

I don't know why, but after resume of standby MP hangs completly, after killing it by taskmanager it hangs after manually restart in the section initializing input devices...

Dynamic refresh rate changer giving the same problems as the last svn, video playback after it changes refresh rate to 24p is very choppy

Schyte knows about the issue. And he's trying to figure out how to reproduce the issue properly.

also same bug as last build with the mpc-mpa audio for aac causing video stutters.

Sounds like an audio codec bug. Have you tried different audio codecs?

The refresh rate issue happens every time for me. desktop @ 60hz, dynamic refresh rate on, play bluray, it chooses 23.976, video stutters.

As for the stutter with mpc-mpa, it works fine using ffdshow for audio. Just reporting this since mpc-mpa is what this ships with.

I posted a log of both of these bugs in the 11-30 svn thread.

Will be happy with included JTV tvguide support.
XmlTv plugin support problem in tv-server : when i press "Get Now!" tvguide on page "Remote", transfer status not change while i am clicked another screen and back.

Thx for xmas SVN,

I updated and it looks much faster than before (Zaping and Menu). But i still get MP Freeze while zapping (much fewer than before and sometimes it catch up). But a few minutes ago I got a freeze of MP again. I am not sure if this is related to Technotrend Card or to MP itself. So I post my log here.

BTW: The Card I am using is Technotrend S2 1600

Works until now like a charm for me.

Made a clean install and it works correct with Moving Pictures and MPMaxdome.

Hi,

Thanks for this christmas present.

Installed the SVN last night (multiseat) and TV does not work on the HTPC. On the server where the TV-card is present the TV works although the channel change is a bit slower than previous versions. On the HTPC I get the "Connection to TV server lost" after trying to turn on the TV. If I use the host name instead of the IP adress in the configuration I can't get a connection at all, even though windows can access shares using the host name.

I will try to figure this out and post a real post with attached logs etc. if necessary. I am just curious if I missed anything since everyone else got the TV feature working, or perhaps you guys are on singleseat's installations?

Thanks for all your work with MediaPortal.

I am running TV Server on XP and the only issue I find there at the moment is that EPG is not running when another TV Card is recording or timeshifting. It starts when timeshifting stops. Attached are the TV Server Logs for details.

The MediaPortal Client is running on Vista 32-bit. After installing this SVN MediaPortal crashes in most cases when I change then channel.

i still have the stutter after changing to 24hz with refreshrate changer.

i also have occasionally dvds that are being detected as 23.976 hz while in the ifo it cleary staes 30zhz (dont think there are any 23.976 hz dvds)
i have this issue since previous svn.
