Well, Im sorry to inform about what looks like bad news just before christmas.
I did a very quick test for a couple of issues that were present. Amoung the test was ofcourse trying HD streams (DVB-C). First image I got with powerdvd codec was an image with stutters. I tryied mpc codec after that, and this resulted in no image but with an error message. BUTTT... I did not even reboot after installing the new svn. So dont take this info as 100% set in stone. When I do have the time, I will test more usefull for you all with logs etc. But I dont have the time right now... First the christmas evening

AND!!! I do have some good news. The responsiveness of MediaPortal has increased big time. Scrolling through menu's and music database is very fast and snappy now. It feels responsive! THis is a very noticable and good improvement guys!!! I really have a good userexperience now. My compliment for the good coding.

i've made a quick test - with powerdvd decoders all work for me, with microsoft decoders not really good - deinterlacing is not working on ntv. is this an issue from the microsoft decoders? if not, i can post logs tomorrow

Hi,
i tried the x-mas SVN and have trouble with it on FullHD and HDready TV. FullHD channels start very well and fast but after some seconds are freezed (Anixe HD, Servus TV HD). HDready channels are starting in slow-motion and remain staying in slow motion all time. Video is running much too slow.

I'm running:
OS: Windows 7 64bit
codec video: Cyberlink h.264 (Terratec) codec from Cinergy Terratec DVB-S2 PCI card
codec audio: MPC-HC
Video: HD 4550 graphics
Mainboard: MA-GA78-S2H

Quick test on Windows XP SP3 + *unlocked* SAF codec package. Working great! HD channels working again with the SAF Cyberlink codecs. Great work guys! Thanks!

Strange thing, EVR is now working again on my Dell Latitude D600 notebook, will test further over next few days.

EVR has not been working on this machine for 6+ months, not sure what code has been changed recently.

Is this wanted, that the TV Logos does not change with channel switching (F7,F8)?
The channel names appear, but the logo stands still.

I think that you may be causing more trouble for end-users than neccesary with these lines:

Note: If the component is downloaded and installed manually, be sure to use the x86 package even on x64 systems.

Note: On Microsoft's download page, Windows 7 is not listed for this package. Nevertheless it is required and working fine for Windows 7, too.

Offcourse I jumped right to the download of the file and never read that I should install a x86 package on my x64 system. Maybe a bigger warning/info for x64 + Windows 7 users?

Seems that the installation hasn't been a success as the TsReader version is not a correct one.
