I have a problem to install 1.1 BETA 1 ...
I get an error downloading MySQL:

URL: http://install.team-mediaportal.com/MySql_32bit
Target: mysql-essential-5.1.35-win32.msi

1) Extract attached Gentle.rar to your installation directory of TVPlayer (override existing file)
2) Start the TVPlayer and try to connect

I can't try it myself because i have the installation error with mysql downloading...

I can connect toe the server. additionaly I installed vlc-player but he TV-player gives errors like:

Failed to load VLC component. Cannot find a part of the path H:\Program Files (x86)\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe

Do you have a solution?

Similar difficulty! Unable to find an entry point named libVLC_exception_init in DLL libVLC
And I checked libVLC.dll is there in VLC folder.

MS Net Framework just popped up with this error dialog if helpful...

Is it possible to revive this Stand-alone player for TV-server?

Or can anyone recommend a alternative to Mediaportal Client- Would be really nice with a slim line player
