Yes, I wanted to propose this as well :)

Do you have some ideas how to design the fullscreen content exactly? where to place video, where the slide. should be an OSD available? Maybe you could provide some mockups or existing examples...

Ok then I will get started on that. As for the UI, I'd like to keep it simple for now while at the same time showing off MP2. How difficult would it be to do the following:

Initially display a cover flow style layout of presentations. The image you would display would be the image stored in the PresenterDetails object. Depending on whether the presentation that was selected has slides or not the screen would change:

    Presentations Without Slides:

    Full Screen Video

    Presentations With Slides:

Large slide window that takes most of the window on the left and a small video window on the bottom right and a list of slides that can be selected on the right above the video window? Just want it to look good while still giving the user the ability to navigate through the slides and video.

Ok Morpheus, I moved all the mediasite calls into MediasiteHelper.cs. I also updated the mediasite proxy client to the latest version. I don't know if we will need the additional methods, but just in case.

Last changes are pushed now, see screenshot as example:

Left top: current slide, selected in 500ms interval (timer controlled model)

    Right top: video

Center: list of all slides, click seeks video

Bottom: default video OSD, could be hidden or whatever we want.

It's so much fun developing plugins for MediaPortal 2! :D

I tweaked the "fullscreen"-screens a bit more and added better support for FullHD-skins Reflexion/Titanium. OSD gets hidden when mouse is not used, screen uses available space now.

    Rising Skin:

    Titanium Skin:

    OSD hidden

Gotta say I think the reflexion layout looks the best. Do you need anything from me to complete the browse screen?

The browse screen now only lists the title of presentation, if there is also a thumbnail url we could use it. The layout could also be a "grid", not only a list.

I also checked the original link from first post: I could also change the layout more into this direction, making video smaller and of fixed size, while the slide gets scaled to available space as it is now.

A second layout could be prepared as well: if no slides are available, we could simply play the video in fullscreen without slide window.

    Should we do this?

I've improved Reflexion and Titanium layout, keeping video size constant, scaling slide, adding a border around the list of slides.

This is the last change for the next week, leaving for vacation :D

Sounds like a good plan to me....[DOUBLEPOST=1364415721][/DOUBLEPOST]
