hm, i tried 2 different cds.
as result from cddb mepo shows different titles.
every choice result in UNRECOVERABLE ERROR

mepo is running perfect, internet connection works properly.
for testing i also uncheck GET ARTWORK but result is still the same.

i am using the AVALON skin. someone has an idea what happened and what i can do !?
PLEEEEASE, i have so many cds to rip :-(

Hi,
if it would be running perfect, you would not have errors in error.log ("atmolight: exception= Vorgang nicht verfügbar. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x800401E3 (MK_E_UNAVAILABLE))"

What I would do:
1. Upgrade to MP 1.2.2
2. Disable all extensions (except MediaSlayer)
3. Choose standard skin (default or default wide)
4. Enable complete debug

Then test again. If it works, you can start to enable your plugins again and see what causes the error.

If not, you should provide complete logs according to this procedure

for me it works perfectly if nothing extraordinary happens and everything runs smoothly.
and it does. ambilights are running perfectly;-)

upgrade to 1.2.2 : NO
i am happy that everything is running so nice.
except slayer, but I do not believe it is up to mepo 1.2.1.

maybe i am disabling the plugins, looking for a cause.
of course i can provide complete logs, tomorrow

Imported CD's would be saved by default in the following path:
E:\<MY PATH FROM CONFIG>\Artist - Album\Titel....

But I would like to save the files in a different way:
E:\<MY PATH FROM CONFIG>\Artist\Album\Titel....

Also FIRST one Folder for the Artist, an then BELOW a second folder for the album.

Within the configuration of the plugin i didn't found something to specify...
Has anyone an idea?

okay, i want to reproduce the problem before i create the logs and what happened?
it works
i have to try it twice before mediaslayer start the process.

now my last question:
what i have to do that i can receive covers again?
"MP core (BASS maybe) needs to be updated"
what does this mean?

To rip CD's in this format, go to MediaSlayer config, CD page, and in the "Naming format" box, enter:

#ARTIST\#ALBUM (#YEAR)\#NBR - #TRACK

I got Mencoder working to rip DVDs but i was wondering if there is any way or future upgrade that may be coming to set more options for Mencoder beyond just selecting a bitrate. I was thinking maybe to allow audio copy rather then re-encoding or a target file size
