I used your .xml with exactly the same results, black weather screen and no thumbnails in the lower panel.

Try to delete your cache folder again.

Ah sorry, you'll need the basichome.xml too. Here is mine But be sure you'll make a backup from your old basichome.xml.

Yes I have restarted MediaPortal several times and I also have cleared the cache (deleting C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache right?).

My InfoService version is v0993. To install the 128x128 weather backgrounds I have to replace the ones already in ...\MediaPortal\weather\128x128 right? Because thats what I've done.

Right on all counts so a little perplexed...will check out that version of infoservice when I get home, I am on a couple of versions back...

EDIT: Ok I generated a custom basichome with the Trevors Menu editor and it stoped working again so I guess its a problem with the editor and the last version of inforservice plugin ?

Oh i pressed the thanks button instead of the quote button I've changed some property names with the newest version of infoservice. I think trevors menu editor is based on an older version of infoservice or it uses the rss ticker plugin.

Hi all, it's been a while since my last update & I'm sorry to disappoint some of you guys but I have to discontinue this project.
My life has taken some weird turns the last couple of months and it ended up in me leaving home to travel around the world for a couple of years.
This off course means that I won't be using MePo or any computer at all...
If anyone is interested, I compiled this zip which contains all photoshop PSD files for this skin mod. People who are interested can use them to make a new mod or continue this mod, I don't mind.

Does any one know how I assign weather image paths for infoservices, can not get my five day weather up and running.. Looking for well done StreamedMP xml files for this cool plugin? Any one..

I have, well got round to this w/e after the TV DB got corrupted and did a full rebuild.

Using the menu editor and the latest Infoservice V0.993 I can't find a problem, the nearest I saw was when I 1st set it up I forgot to enable Weather in Infoservice and got the black background and no weather info.

There is in issue with trying to build a menu from the Std StreamedMP default basichome (crashes the editor) that I will look at.

Attached is my basichome built with the release version of editor on Friday that works with the current infoservice, if you are still having problems a copy of you basichome would be useful.

EDIT: After I wrote this I then went to change my basichome, adding the new Musicvids and did find a problem....related but different, will work on it today.
