I especially like the additions you made to the List view. I'm wondering, could we get an extra XML for the FilmStrip view to see the Ratings/Description? Just a thought. I understand how some people might enjoy the "cleanliness" that Filmstrip offers, but personally, I'd love to see the description included as well.

Isn't My Movies a plugin for MP? Shouldn't that be "easily" entered as an option?

Possibly, but I don't fancy going through all my movies and using AMC as well. Maybe in the future. The plugin is supported - so have a go yourself...

Was wondering if you could add xml's for MyEmulators and for MyOrganizer. The other thing i was wondering was if you might include some work from this project ( https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/modified_slideshow_plugin-t30383.html ) It's a slideshow mod that gives you an osd for picture tag comments and properties. just a thought

Psycho Reptile: Note that I wrote "My Movies" not "My Films". My movies is a plugin by Frodo that you enable just like "My Music" and so on. That's what I meant. I don't want to put that many hours into using My Films when MediaPortals IMDB is fully sufficient for my needs. Thanks.

@ fod, Slideshow Mod R3 is gonna be a problem unles the author can make it a "proper" dll style plugin - I'm already using a modified core.dll and WindowPlugins.dll. Can this not be intergrated into MP?

...you cannot see that info in "shares" view, as far as I know I can only get that info to display in "genres/years/actor" etc view. Which is a pity .

Nope, you can only see all that info when you are not in shares view. When in the movies screen click the button "Switch View", select anything except "Sahres" and you should see all that info .

With database info in shares view I would have no further need for the database at all, which is great because I have so much stuff that can't be shown in DB view.

I've seen screenshots of "shares" view, but never seen it anywhere in MediaPortal's setup or configuration. Not in the wiki either. Can someone please explain, what are shares and how can I use them?

Edit: Or are they networked drives?
