Please follow the instructions step by step:

1. Start MP > Goto Movies/Videos > play a movie
2. view the movie OSD -> OK

3. open submenu 'Subtitles' -> BUG
   movie plot lays over subtitles

4. go back to main OSD root/main -> OK

5. open submenu 'Sound' -> BUG
   movie plot lays over sound options

6. go back to main OSD root/main -> OK
7. open submenu 'Bookmarks' -> BUG

Since there is a new OSD-style, this thread could marked as fixed. The problem does not occur anymore, because the dialogs are not on the same part of the screen.
