Feature Request: New Sort Options: Blu Ray, Xvid, DVD Rip and so on

It is pretty trivial to setup categories in the menu system for these things. In the config screen on the GUI Settings tab click the Define Movie Categories button. You may have to play around with things a few minutes but its fairly strait forward to tweak and adjust your menu.

fforde... Would just like to say sorry for reporting an incorrect issue... Resolved my problem, ended up being a faulty DVD drive.. No fault what so ever with this great plugin..

fforde one question, RC is working great, however, in the advance settings there is an option "year autoapprove distance".

i have changed it to 3 but does not work. must the scrapper be written to use this? or does moving pictures apply the scrapper several times for each year??

i am using filmaffinity rochess modded scrapper

Auto approval is not related to scraper scripts. What you are reporting sounds like a bug so I'd suggest getting some debug log files and posting a bug report.

interesting, i did not report it as a bug cause i thought it was scraper related.

i will try to post logs later.

definately this is something important (at least for me) as many movies dont get found, and therefore approved because of an error in the year.

as i said, i will try to post logs later, hopefully something that can be fixed for next RC or final.

You can filter by language. Try playing around with the Categories or Filters menu editors.

hi, i'm trying the last versione of moving pictures, and it's amazing, but i see one thing, when i am in my moving pictures, i see all film i have in my movie folder, but when i put a DVD in dvd drive, moving pictures load the films in, and that is fantastic, but when i put out the DVD, the film remains in the list, why? evry time i put a DVD in drive he load and this it's right, but when i put off the dvd moving pictures should be left the titles's add....
sorry for my english i'm italian, i hope you understand, when i fix the problem? i want that when i put the dvd off, i don't wanna see the yet the titles..

In the setup you can choose wether or not you want MovingPictures to add DVD's, I think.
