Hmm, it definitely didn't in 0.5.4; we'll see next time I get a set of files like this if it's actually fixed.

Totally awesome plugin..... downloaded, installed and configured in about 5 minutes flat, and all working. Needed about another 15 minutes to cleanup the "unknown" movies and a couple of misses. Great job John, and good to see the feature to import cover art from the local drive (ie from the My Videos thumbs folder) will be included in 0.5.6.

The only problem for me is, that i use a 4:3 sony TV (800x600 Resolution with Indigo 4x3 skin) and so unfortunately everything is way too big. but as i found out u guys working on that issue. keep up the impressive work!

One issue that i find annoying is every time I open the configuration for the plugin it automatically starts to rescan my folders.
This then loses all of the previously created library and I have to go back through and reassign everything.
Is there a way to make this only rescan (in the config) on button press?

It definitely should not be doing that. If you could post your log file I could maybe help you figure out why it's behaving that way.

which ones do work with moving pictures in 4x3? I have 1,3 TB of movies on my 2 HDDs and now that i found (in my opinion) the best plugin made so far - i just NEED it!.

Do i have to change some things to see it properly or do i just have to use another skin and then it works?

Thats the one i'm using at the moment for testing MP1.0RC3 with default Blue skin.

I'll give it a try today.
I usually use 800x600 but as someone mentioned, 1024x768 is also possible so i go with the higher resolution.

would be nice to see it as an option in the plugin configuration or additional files when u copy them into the skin folders (files for 800x600, 720x576, 1024x768, ... )

It is missing a fair amount of cover art though for movies that I wouldn't think it would miss. I'm going to look into it more this friday though to try and give some more constructive feedback to go off of

Thanks for the feedback. As for the cover-art retrieval rate, it has already been dramatically improved for the next release, coming soon.
