I'm still getting stuttering and out of sync. Seems about the same.

I assume this is without MPAR i.e. using Default DirectSound Renderer?
Is this on all clients?
How often does it happen?
Does it happen after you start TV, after channel changes, or both situations?
Does it happen more often with particular channels?
I'll need a new set of logs to look into it further, but it would be really useful if you could do the registry mod I mentioned here - MP 1.16 MPAR Broken/Bug - before generating the logs.

Sorry for the delay replying owlsroost, I personally didn't find any improvement - I ended up applying the recommended MPAR settings that were highlighted in this thread and putting the 1.15 MPAR OCX file back in place and all seems OK now for me.
