Someone should make one small adjust in the code and recompile IRSS against 1.2.1 binaries, then it will work I would do it but I have no environment to compile IRSS (yet)

You have some one that can compile for you, 24x7

Unable to get the MCE remote to Lern IR.

MP 1.2.1
IRSS 1.4.2.4290 + 1.2.1 Patch
Windows 7 64bit

Run the Debug;

- Connect to IRSS
- Press remote button.
- Debug Client Recognizes "Microsoft MCE (1168)".
- MCE Flashes Red to indicate IR received.
- Click Learn IR.
- Press remote button.
- Nothing in Debug Client, will timeout.
- Also MCE does not flash red while learning.

Has anybody reported this problem going from MePo 1.2.1 to 1.2.2? Since I had this issue going from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1 I haven't upgraded to 1.2.2 yet. It sounds like this wouldn't be a problem but I wanted to check first as blasting is 100% important to us with our setup.

Does an "exception" mean this error may exist in 1.2.2 then? Or would this be a good time to upgrade and see what happens.

I first installed 1.2.2 after using xbmc and not recording TV. The patch did not work for me so I went down to 1.2.1! If I'm wrong on this please let me kwon as the upto data version would be nice.

Hmmm. Guess I'll stay with MePo 1.2.1 then.
