I simply add json library to branch and add to nsis, but i dont know work or now
TC build ready (based on master, not include fixes for actor)

Installer above worked fine, Newtonsoft.Json.dll was installed and has date 05.04.2019 05:48, so it seems to be installed correctly.

Ah, found it Added the latest database, GUISettings, Configuration and Internal grabber and now it works as expected
