I used a dual display setup two or three years ago.
Had the same problem then.

If I recall correctly, it was down to DX Exclusive mode that should be UNTICKED (in Codecs and Renderer; Video Renderer) when using VMR9.

I see in your system specs, that you are using Windows 7 - which means you should use EVR renderer which will make the above setting obsolete, BUT according to your mediaportal.xml in the 1st post, you used VMR9 WITH exclusive mode. So maybe it is the same as I had years ago.

Just check these settings when you feel like trying again

No, VMR9 (exclusive or not) is not supported by the team in Vista or Windows 7.

We should probably make some changes to the wording in configuration to make this clearer.
