But you can always go back to previous version (need to use separate installer extract from main installer) if you want to do some testing

Is your Installer based on the pre1.10 Build? Or does it have other changes too?

It is based on 1.10 build + Resume with focus on resume and trying to handle correctly D3D message (ondevicelost)

I'm still using V6 freeze fix for another week now. I didn't have any crash anymore.

I did have n odd problem with the 1.10 pre build.

In about 50% of the boot up I did not get a TV picture, just a blank black screen. Restarting MP did not help, I always had to reboot the htpc.(I did not have time for more troubleshooting)

Anyone else having this?

The unpatched 1.10 pre showed the known behavior where the desktop is coming up with a different resolution, MePo is losing focus and does not recover.

I then exchanged mediaportal.exe by V9, sent the PC into standby (10:18) and resumed it just now (12:10), i.e. two hours later. Result was perfect, with the screen coming immediately up at the correct full screen MePo home screen view. I am not sure if the two hours standby break was sufficently long to trigger the previously seen error conditions. I should know for sure tomorrow morning.

Just a side remark
@jameson_uk , logs are again flooded with 1 MB of error messages because of www.allmusic.com not being resolved. No big surprise because it takes a moment until the NIC is back up and running.

Like V6 works and new installer is based on it and also change for devicelost (i will separate the issue when we be sure that it's ok now).
