the published version 1.6.2 of WorldWeather contains the changes posted here before and some improvements, which does not affect the internet connectivity handling.

I ran your V7 - MePo crashes at resume, however, with thus far unseen error messages. I will return to V5, which is functioning for me.

Like i rebase the branch, i'm not sure what diff we have against V5 and V6, i think it's the focus code, i need to read history to remember lol

Did you try to delay the resume ? 60 sec for ex ?

Ok V5 is old code and V6 proper one but still when D3D is not ready or i would say when MP detect a devicelost = boom lol.
I can't reproduce the devicelost log here even is i unplug hdmi from GPU card.

I didn't have time to test V7 yet but V6 has been working great for me. It's an improvement over the original 1.9 final for sure.

I will test V7 later this week. Is there still time to include any of these improvements in the next pre/final release?

Nope, way to risky to include that now. This needs proper testing for a longer period, and we still haven't found a good solution yet.

Oke got that, I will keep testing and keep this thread updated incase it gives problems or just keeps working fine. I hope a new patch will be provided for mp 1.10 when it gets released. Thank you for all the great work done on this issue!

With V7 now all of a sudden when I resume there is a second MePo process starting. after some time I see the Standard MePo homescreen but it's not reacting and if I press the Windows key I can see that there is another MePo Window in the task bar.

Ok Thanks, it seems V7 is really broken and was pretty that it will not work correctly like i can't trigger the same device lost as you
