@Sebastiii : But those error ONLY (!) happen after resuming from hibernate. With original MP version it crashes directly after resume. With V6 its seems to be more crashing while you start Live TV after resume.

My system resume behavior is not the same every time. I have seen the following when resuming:

1. Crash and self-termination of MePo, ending up on Windows desktop
2. Freeze
3. Apparent normality, but: TV plays sound, yet w/o picture --> restart MePo helps
4. Normal resume

No 4 being sadly the least common outcome...

I also have 1, 2 and 4. Its random, so the crash doesnt happen eveytime after resuming.

With current master (1.10 pre) and MP1-4578-BUG-Wrong_window_handle_(MP_not_focused)_causes_freezes_after_resume_from_standby merged my resume problems are gone it seems .

Apologies Snoopy, the "Super User" are the guinea pigs who do the pre-testing of this new version. It's going to be released to the public by next Tuesday.

Regarding the merge that Lightning303 is referring to, I believe that Sebastii posted it earlier in this thread.

The installer linked to Jira has the fix based on 1.10.Pre

About V5, it was not a correct fix, shame that i can't reproduce it.
Now i was thinking to something but not sure if i can look over the week-end, let's see

There is some bin to test :

• V10 : Only Focus code commented out but all other code is there.
• V11 : Only Resume code without focus code neither devicelost change.
• V12 : For later will be no delayed resume code in it (need to talk to dev about it).
• V13 : Same as V12 + Focus code on resume.

So what to test

1. Each bin separately by startion from V10 to V13
2. Resume like usual + by setting Delay on Resume
3. We need to nail down when the issue occurs
4. Hopefully, we need log for each bin test version

Yep surely something is not stopped before going to standby and failed on resume after that, it's different issue but still to be fixed
