My MP1.10 crashed twice this afternoon (start from resume).

My previous test was with official testing release.
And for productiv system i need to have my own build.
But. I can install temporarly others setup for help . for sure ...

There is a lot of error about : MusicInfoHandler.
It could be nice to remove it or disable it because it can lead to crash or something

hello Seb.

i continu my investigation why i have delay for display homemenu, after watching TV.
i think i have found few stuff ...
first all : i have disabled all plugins, excepted remote... and few other not ability to be disable, i have found also olds plugins ( few are replaced by new one : latestmediahandler ... )
after many many many test ..
the issue appear always .
- long time for display homescreen on resume after TV
- black screen TV, after resumed ( back on homescreen )
and one time :
- BLACK TV ( no MP menu, only sound ) .

I think i have solved few issue for ( i hope) :
- long time for display homescreen on resume after TV
after lot of test this issue appear :
HTPC in sleep ( normal ! )
TV Off ( and On, i think )
TVE = OFF

but, we our fantastic log, i have read all logs, files and you can find in latestmediaHandler ( yes, i don't have see, was not disabled) lot of error on 50sec about sql database.
After disabling, resume since work fine now, also if TVE is OFF, during resume.

- black screen TV, after resumed
since the previous issue, i don't have found this issue anymore ... wait in the time ...

- BLACK TV ( no MP menu, only sound )
this one appear only before "solving" the issue n°1.
my solution was to re-send computer to sleep, and resume it, a new one. and MP homescreen was displayed fine this once.

i continu my investigation.

i don't know, who send this report/feedback about latestmediahandler.

Thanks good to know, we need to be sure that all will work correctly and we will able to see LMH code
I have see sometimes an issue when MP or system didn't send message (like audio is back) and then for MP there is no audio device and for TV it's not OK, TsReader didn't like it lol. For Video, it can start playback but no sound.
When it happen, i turn off and on my avr and audio is back, so i don't know why it's not detected correctly.

Bad news this morning ...

the information below are not always for your branch. but can maybe, have more reaction with this one. show the hidden side of the iceberg...

Resume this morning, from the last night ( but i had re-enabled 2 plugins : Minidisplay & Powerscheduler )
- last TV channel displayed on resume ( but less time, than before : placebo effect ? )
- Black screen on TV channel. i can see the OSD and info of the channel and the "time elapsed", also minidisplay show info about EPG. but none vidéo from TV. as always.

i will try now :
- recreate my own build without your branch

who include :
- @regeszter stuff about WOL TV-server when i select the TV tab, instead of WOL on start & resume
- Rework Watchdog branch,
- Dshow moved to VS2013
- DSfilter branch by owlsroost
- latest master branch.

test if the black screen on resume, is affected by your branch... or by an other one ...

- testing with Official release, for know if my build is not bugged...

My supposition :
- Wrong order of exit procedure when go to sleep
my screen is off before stop TV.
also when F2 is used for go to config. MP not save setting modified inside GUI. and few times Minidisplay is not shutdown correctly.

- wrong interraction with TV plugin and MP :
same thread ?
when TVE go to standby and i use MP ( remote or audio) the GUI is freezed, and all action are applied after TVE is off.

- How can you add more debug log ...

i suppose, this post can't help you more ....

Please guy's, i know your TVE-server is always running, so you have less issue than me

Can we have a new fix for 1.11 final? As far as I could see in the changelog(https://issues.team-mediaportal.com/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?version=11801&styleName=&projectId=10505) nothing is included right?
