    Yes
It looks like the resume sequence ends with no AV receiver audio renderer present:
    [2015-04-04 11:02:27,173] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - Main: Audio Renderer RX-V771 (Intel(R) Display-Audio) removed
That could be the reason. My HTPC is configured for wakeup/epg grabbing every morning a 7.30 -> Audio Renderer: RX-V771 (Intel(R) Display-Audio), because TV is off. If i wake up HTPC, there is a new Audio Renderer: LGTV (Intel(R) Display-Audio). Is there a solution for this behaviour?

Could you upload your system and app log too ? (from watchdog should be the trick) :)
Yes, tomorrow morning after the next crash ;)

It is difficult to prove the cause of such a crash because we have no stack trace to show exactly where the problem is triggered from. Personally I still suspect the skin sounds because [again] the latest message about the audio renderer is that it has been removed:
    [2015-04-05 10:49:53,196] [Log ] [MPMain ] [INFO ] - Main: Audio Renderer RX-V771 (Intel(R) Display-Audio) removed
    [2015-04-05 10:49:53,196] [Log ] [MPMain ] [DEBUG] - GraphicContext: device audio removed

DxDiag is saying the default audio device [which is the device that will be used for sound effects] is "LG TV (Intel(R) Display-Audio)". I don't know if that is normal for you... but if I were you I would see if the crash still happens when skin sound effects are disabled.

    Kind regards,
    mm

No crashes anymore (i hope so) with skin sound effects disabled, but now i have no audio after resume. First i have to restart. I will provide new logs tomorrow.
    Best regards

Please check you Audio. In my Case it is sometimes muted after resume from S3.
If that is the case you can add a Task to unmute Sound after Wakeup from S3 to automate this.

Great, I thought it might be that. :)

...but now i have no audio after resume.
This doesn't surprise me. After all, we already saw that the audio renderer seems to be unavailable. That was what caused me to suggest disabling skin sound effects. You do have [what looks to me like] quite an unusual sequence of audio-renderer-connected/disconnected messages in the standby/resume cycle. My guess is that the underlying cause of the issues is HDMI handshake/compatibility issues.

Did you check markus_g's question about the VGA connection?
