Hi.

but regardless which of both items I choose, it will still queue all tracks (e.g. of one artist) into the list, not just that single song I clicked.

I don't use MP that often for music so I'm not very familiar with. But this sounds like a bug to me. It would be good if you can post a bugreport in the corresponding forum, thanks...

Mouse right click gives options of
Add All to Playlist
Set Watched
Delete from storage

To add some background about this issue:

I had changed the default handling for images and audio items in the past to add all items to playlist in background and start playback at the current item. That allows skipping directly forward or backward, without require the user to click "Add all to playlist" before.

But that has now the opposite drawback: we don't have any way now to add only one single item to playlist.

We can change this by creating another action for media context menu "add single item to playlist".

On the downside:

• Skin adjustments required (I believe)
• Translations need update

This creates a new media item action (info key, context menu) which allows to add only the single item to playlist. This action is available only for Image and Audio items (as they are using the "Add all" mode as default only).
