I run MP 1.1.3 with StreamedMP skin on Windows 7 machine 64 bit. Installation on D: partition, but I see that files are also on C:\ProgramDat\Mediaportal. In couple of days I also want to buy FingerVU Wireless Monitor Set

I just started wiht Mediaportal, but we are progressing. TV running with Anysee Digital combo TC, remote is not working good. The OrigenAE S21T is delivered with a iMon Pad. So, i'm hoping there will be no conflicts.

If you want more info, please tell me. I haven't found a step by step manual for installation on a OrigenAE S21T. Also it's not clear for me if the TFT screen is iMon or another brand

It's not an IMON Display but from the same manufacturer as the FingerVU Series. I replaced my Original Origen 7" Display through the FingerVU 706 and like I wrote the plugin is working very good with it, but it should also run with your VGA Connected Display. The only Problem I see is eventually the Size of your Touchscreen I don't know if MPD2 can scale to such a high resolution, but normaly it should!

When you get your FingerVU I would switch then to an MCE compatible Remote, because if you buy the FingerVU 706 oder 403 it should has also an own IR Receiver inside. If your case S21T is the newer version with Origen AE IR 310 board inside the case, you will definetely get a problem like i had because the IMON Manager is not working good with multiple Soundgraph hardware. That was the reason I changed my OrigenAE Touchscreen through the FingerVU because in the IR Receiver of Finger VU now receive no signals anymore and the system is working perfect since the change.

For the Plugin itself read my post before it's really not very complicated... Just install it and configure in the MP Configuration Manager in the Plugin Section....

Write first what kind of IR Board do you have as the IR Receiver in your case IR220 or IR310.

Check your PM also....

MiniDisplay <> MPDisplay2 it's working only with the old VFD or LC Displays

One comment on the easy installation, for version 1.1.3, after installing it through MP Extension Installer, you need to replace the DLL according to my previous post...

Hello together,

just a hint before you wonder why the last release date is over again and no plugin was released...

Due to several more earthquakes in New Zeeland (media didn't reported of it) sa_ddam wasn't able to go on with the plugin. He and his familiy is fine, but he has much more things to do now and has no time for the plugin.
But for you, the whole community, it will go on.
Sa_ddam will give me the source code and TheVoid is going to proceed with coding it until sa_ddam is back again. Just leave him a bit time to get into the code of sa_ddam. It surely will take a while.

Again, best wishes from me to sa_ddam and all other peoples in New Zeeland, that they will get through this catastrophy. Since September last year, they got about 7382 earthquakes (big and small ones...)

It would possibly be better to have the source code available for others too, who might want to assist with the coding. I would certainly be interested.

For the first i want to respect sa_ddams wishes, that only one person is involved with this (He wanted to release it after the Final version - to many cooks will spoil the mash, as we germans are saying). I think it was a hard thing for him to give the code away to a third person... So please: For now, only TheVoid will get access to the Source. I can ask sa_ddam in a few months / after release of the first RC if more people might help.

or dus it just display the information your playing at the moment ?

This should work. There is one screen in MPD2 thats called Remote. There are the most important Buttons you need. But it's also no Problem to integrate other Buttons too, if you need other ones. How to do this, you can read in our FAQ's on mpdisplay2.de

Hi All,

When TV Guide is chosen nothing happens on the second display.
Is this by design or something is wrong with my setup.

I use Win7 Ultimate x64 /MP 1.2.0 beta / MPDisplay2 0.6.0.3 + the fix.

BTW, this feature would be very useful for TV Recordings scheduling without turning on the main screen.

I really don't know. But there are some users here, who have also an USB Photo Frame in use with MPD2. Maybe they can tell you more about it. Sorry.
