Multilingual Teletext patch (5 Viewers)

Do you know what font is used?
Then I could edit my font file so it will display "æ - ø" correct

It is not font related. The font used is a Unicode font which means it contains all necessary characters. It is how data transmitted through teletext is decoded to unicode code points. The original code tried to replace the above characters with the correct ones if your regional settings (in control panel) were set to DK. Unfortunately the code that checked regional settings was wrong. This is what i fixed in the patched TvPlugin.dll that I uploaded in the previous post.

It seems 4TR has its own copy of the Teletext window and Fullscreen Teletext window (actually it seems to be a direct copy of the one in TvPlugin).

If don't know if this is doable for you, but if you send me a patch that can be directly applied to the For The Record plugin source, I'll make sure this is part of our next point-release. I'm sure you know it's available at https://mp-plugins.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mp-plugins/trunk/plugins/ForTheRecord/.

As you probably know from first-hand experience, time isn't always a luxury So a ready-to-apply patch would be a bit more preferable to make sure we can include this in the next release without too much hassle.

Well, I would prefer developers (community ones aswell) to spend their time on MP itself, not some 3rd party plugin that is for the most parts closed source.

Well, it's quite clear you don't like For The Record as you seem to grab any chance you get to put it into a bad light... (judging from just about any other posting you ever made on its subject).
