music database scanning not working (1 Viewer)

i have just done a clean installation of RC1 and latest SVN.

music database scanning is not working, in both the configuration tool and via MP>settings>my music>reorg.

it appears to start and complete but doesn't import anything into the database (from what i can see)

Is this related to network folders, i don't have problems with local folders?

all my music is on 'network folders' and always has so i don't know if it works for local folders.

it was working fine on build 14689 (which was the build i was using before i put on RC1).

Hi,
Confirmed that network folders it's not scanned from MP Setup & gui setup -> Music reorg. The only place it works it's from context menu -> scan.

context menu doesn't work either...

i just tried it and it still didn't import data... it went thru the motions but didn't actually do anything.
