But only in shares view...

If you switch to album artist view say do thumbs appear ?

Yes, that view is fine (except I could never get used to it - Shares view is the only one what makes sense to me).

I think there are many other thumb related issues but I think I have tracked down what is likely to be the issue seen here.

This is really old code so this issue must have existed for years...

Anyway to confirm that this is the issue could people please try the attached (1.2.1)

Rename the existing core.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal then replace with this one.

Pictures are fine here, but videos went wrong. Folder.jpg images are OK for folders, but filename.jpg files are not shown for my music DVDs

I just copied all my 'filename.jpg' files from my video shares to thumbs\videos\title, and while using your modified core.dll, I get this for videos:

So it's a good temporary solution
