did you try audio renderer that comes with your soundcard?

Yep I tried Default, Auzentech, Dirac and ReClock. All the same result.

Realtek audio renderer has bass management. Not sure if you need a realtek card to use it or not, I think not, but I'm not sure.

I solved it by using wmplayer plugin.
