Plugin installed successfully , after trying to import data from my videos i am getting "waiting for close match approvals" message and it stuck like this with out any match .


i checkrd my video folders and it seems fine according to the guide .

artists name - name of the show

example : beegees - one night only

what am i doing wrong ?

I can see two reasons off the top.

1) Beegees is to be Bee Gees
2) One Night Only is an album, not a track

mvC is set to parse to last.fm best bet to make sure your files are named right is to search last.fm first

remember files are to be named Artist - Track.Ext

Hi,

Have you checked through the import list for any unmatched entry's, those without a green tick?

If you have any then click the either the manual entry or the rescan icons.

You can also just close the configuration and re-enter and this will display only unmatched files that you will processes manually as above.

I tried to import the file using the latest version of the plugin, but it filters out everything now. When I try a manual search, after the automatic fails, there are nothing on the rows.
Did you change anything between the releases?

Not with the parsing side, I did test this on latest releases and it actuall got about 75% in the end.

can you try ticking the 'ignore folder structure when parsing' option and try again please.

It seems to work! Chewing slowly through 1000 videos. Sometimes I wish I had something more powerful than the ASRock.

It will leave 250 odd that you will need to do manually, either rescan with updated artist/track data or just add an editable item. I did create all your files and run though a complete import, the replacements I supplied catch the most.

I will be adding the ability to rename from within the plugin based on parsed data, will be a use choice if you want to do this though - that may help.

mvCentral keeps crashing on playback over here. so far it seems unrelated to the files i play. the first video usually plays (although not always), the next one mostly will crash. after such a crash i need to reboot, because windows (xp) suddenly has become very slow...
